My Stop Smoking package can help to remove your unwanted smoking habit with precision and no negative side effects. For many people the package is enough to never smoke again, however occassionally people find that they’d like to book further hypnotherapy sessions to really embed the suggestions.

The Initial Assessment

This is our first face to face contact and will take place at my office in Clowne. I will gather information and ask you some questions about your smoking habits etc. We will end with a short hypnotic relaxation session and confirm the date when you will become a non-smoker. This session will last around an hour.

 

The Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy Session

This is the session at which you will become a non-smoker. I will gently guide you into a relaxed trance state and then use suggestions, negative associations and positive reinforcements to enable you to resist the implulse to smoke.

 

Mind Matters’ Stop Smoking CD

This CD contains a track very similar to the session I conduct with you. You can listen to this if and when you need to, to keep your resolve strengthened.
